When you use the Taso Labs platform:

• Agent traces, replay environments, scenario inputs, and evaluation results you submit to the platform
• Configuration metadata (model identifiers, prompt versions, tool manifests) needed to reproduce a run

Note: We treat the contents of customer traces and replay environments as confidential. They are processed only to deliver the Services and are not used to train third-party models.

• Administer early access, pilot programs, and onboarding
• Investigate abuse, security incidents, or platform misuse

Pilot artifacts (traces, replay environments, signed reports) are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for audit purposes, then deleted at your request or per the engagement contract, whichever is sooner.

• Isolation of customer replay environments from other tenants
